Erica was super helpful in assisting us in getting our wedding rings engraved as well as my Grandfather’s bracelet (a family heirloom from the early 1940’s). The clasp had broken and Erica understood the story and significance of the history. She helped find a clasp that looked vintage and even had them burnish it so it looked from the same time period. Very friendly and thorough jeweler. I had a ring repaired and tried on some beautiful pieces for fun. Erica and Lora were great, helping me out. I was treated so well even though i obviously have never been in a high-end jewelry place before. It felt like a welcoming gallery.
