In particular, the AGTA (American Gem Trade Association) Spectrum Awards has honored the founder of Pavé, Michael Endlich, in multiple categories. As of 2021, Michael has won eighteen Spectrum Awards.
Since 1984, the jewelry world has considered the Spectrum Awardsthemost respected and prestigious creative award within the industry. These annual jewelry awards honor, recognize and promote the best designers working with natural colored gemstones and cultured pearls in their custom jewelry designs.
