I had a great experience working with Sybil at Pavé. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and made what could have been a stressful decision really easy. I originally ordered a different setting, but after my wife and I looked at rings together, I realized she liked a completely different style. I thought I was probably out of luck, but Sybil had me come back in, walked me through my options, and was able to cancel the original order so we could start over with the design my wife actually wanted.She was patient, never made me feel pressured, and genuinely seemed to care about getting everything right instead of just making a sale. The finished ring turned out even better than I expected, and the craftsmanship is beautiful.If you're looking for someone who listens, communicates well, and wants you to leave happy, I'd definitely recommend asking for Sybil. I'm really glad she was the one who helped me through the process.
