My partner and I visited Pavé recently in our search for engagement rings-- we were lucky enough that they could squeeze us in without an appointment! While we didn't end up going with them for my ring, the staff were lovely and so accommodating. Sybil, our jewelry consultant, walked us through ring styles with so much patience and care. After experiencing some pushy salespeople at other jewelers, working with Sybil was a breath of fresh air.Their designs seem mainly eclectic and organic-inspired, but also have several classic designs for more traditional tastes. I will definitely be back for everyday pieces or repairs given their fantastic attention to detail and customer service.
