Lora
Senior Designer, Graduate Gemologist
Lora has been immersed in the jewelry world for 15 years. After graduating from Pratt Institute with a focus on Sculpture and Metal Arts, Lora worked in the fashion jewelry field, designing and creating models for clothing brands and runway jewelry while also creating her own jewelry to sell in galleries and craft shows. Lora has been with Pavé since 2011 and in that time has developed her rendering skills and earned her Graduate Gemologist Certificate.
Cynthia
Senior Design & Repair Consultant, Graduate Gemologist
Cynthia joined the team in 2017 and has an extensive knowledge of vintage, estate, and antique jewelry. She has worked in the jewelry industry for over 20 years and has 10 years experience at the jeweler's bench. She is a GIA Certified Graduate Gemologist and former Board Member of the Golden Gate GIA Alumni Association. She earned her BA in Storytelling As Cross-Cultural Communication.
Pepper
Senior Designer
Pepper joined the team in 2018. She is formally trained as a goldsmith, hand engraver, and stone setter and she has specialized in custom design, repair, and restoration on both the East and West Coasts. Pepper has been in the jewelry business for more than 30 years and is very excited to be a part of the design team.
Deborah
Design & Sales
Deborah joined the Pavé team in 2018 by way of art history and decorating. As a former film set decorator, Deborah understands the importance of placement —whether in a room or a piece of jewelry. As an art historian, Deborah enjoys the way ancient forms and styles inform our tastes today, and how age-old our infatuation with gemstones and adornment is. The mystery that precious gemstones embody enchants Deborah and she loves working with them! She has been in the fine jewelry industry for 10 years.
Erika
Design & Sales
Erika has had an abiding love of jewelry and fashion her entire life and has always styled her friends and family. Now at Pavé, she has enjoyed taking those natural styling skills to the next level. Every project is an exciting journey for her. Erika has been a member of our sales and design team since 2019.
Arwen
Design & Sales
Arwen grew up in the world of jewelry and Swiss timepieces and has continued to surround herself in luxury jewelry for over 30 years. With a passion for colored gems and specializing in pearls, she has the ability to use her knowledge and experience to create a stunning piece just for you! Arwen loves designing the perfect engagement ring or helping to find an extraordinary gift for someone. However, she also strongly believes that intergenerational jewelry keepsakes tell such a unique story in everyone’s family history and appreciates restoring or reinventing family heirlooms that will be passed on for many years to come.
Cornelia
Design & Sales
Cornelia is the newest addition to our Sales & Design Team. Born in Berlin, Germany, Cornelia's love for jewelry making began in her early childhood, scouring the beaches of the Baltic Sea looking for golden amber amongst the sand and rocks. With over two decades in the jewelry industry as a goldsmith and numerous awards, including the MJSA Vision Award, Cornelia’s extensive experience, keen eye for detail, and dedication to craftsmanship ensure that clients receive expert guidance and unique input while designing their custom pieces, making her an appreciated addition to our team.
Susanne
General Manager
Our highly talented team of designers is led by Susanne, who joined Pavé in 2010. Susanne has been in the jewelry industry for over 20 years, i.e., her entire career, beginning at age 16 with a family business. Susanne has stayed in the jewelry industry because she loves that jewelry is an expressive art that can be used for personal adornment, symbolism, or an amorous gesture, and she believes that designing jewelry allows the creative side to meet the personal.
