This is my go to jewelry store for repairs and improvements to my fine jewelry. Deborah is the best and I highly recommend you ask for her. She is very knowledgeable and most importantly a wonderful person who loves to spend time with her clients and educate you all about your stones / jewelry. I've taken two rings to her in the last 6 months (1 - resizing antique family ring, the 2nd replating estate sale ring) and both look fantastic.

I took my engagement ring here to have the prongs tightened after 5 years of wear, and Deborah was so helpful, trustworthy, and thorough. She was also thoughtful in ensuring that the repair was completed in time for me to wear my ring to the upcoming wedding of a family member. To top it off, she did a quick repair herself (pro bono) on my daughter’s bracelet which had a broken link. Overall, a quality service experience for a reasonable cost. Will definitely return.
