Arwen was amazing every step of the way. So patient, thoughtful, and creative in coming up with a solution for a damaged ring. She worked tirelessly with us both in person and virtually given that we are a long drive from Pave. I am happier now with my jewelry than I was before the ring was damaged! Beginning to end the whole process with Pavé and Arwen was excellent. Selecting new wedding bands and 50th bday gift was joyous and I got exactly what I hoped for and just love it. So many beautiful and unique pieces. Wonderful jeweler and great caring service.

We brought my wife's wedding ring in for repair because the diamond had chipped (not a Pave purchase by the way). Arwen helped us get the ring and settings fixed/updated and also helped me select an upgraded diamond to replace the chipped one, then also worked with the master jewelers to repair/reshape the old diamond for future use. Arwen was very communicative during the entire process and made my wife feel fantastic about the new ring. I am now a Pave fan for life! While I have admired and respected this store for over 30 years, my time with Arwen was the most wonderful experience ever! Her expertise was matched with kindness, care, collaboration and responsiveness. I felt like she cared as much about the earrings my daughter gave me as I did. It was no small task to convert the earrings, took lots of research and an eye for design - and Arwen managed to find the right gold piece, adapt the earring backing, and communicate with me all along the way - I am ever grateful. Arwen was very helpful in suggesting the new chain I needed for my necklace. My bracelets were repaired & pendant was cleaned. Arwen was amazing and she made me feel very comfortable. She had great suggestions for replacing my necklace and I graciously accepted her suggestion. The chain she picked to replace my chain is beautiful and a little thicker..which compliments the pendants. Thank you for all your help . I will return.
