Within 14 days of purchase, we accept returns and can refund your purchase*. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund. 

Within 15-30 days of purchase, we accept exchanges or offer store credit*.

After 30 days, we may consider accepting your piece for retail on consignment*. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

* All are dependent upon approval of our Customer Care team. 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your piece must be undamaged, unworn, unmodified, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any custom pieces, special orders, nor pieces that have been modified (such as engraved or resized pieces). We do not accept returns on sale pieces.

Please inspect your piece for any damage within 24 hours of arrival. Please report to us any issues within 48 hours. 

 

Refunds

We will send you an email to notify you once we have received your item. Our team will inspect the piece and alert you if we have accepted or rejected your return request. 

If you are approved, we immediately begin to process your refund. You will be credited the appropriate amount to you original payment method or issued store credit. 

Only regularly priced items may qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, sale pieces cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges

If you request a return after 14 days of original purchase and your piece is accepted, you will be offered store credit or an exchange. 

If the piece is a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the piece.

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service. Shipping times vary widely, even when shipping locally. 

We can provide you with a shipping label and insurance – which will be deducted from the refund or exchange value – if the piece is accepted for return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
