My journey with Pave started earlier this year when I needed a case for an engagement ring - since I was using a family member's to propose. While other stores were not willing to give me a simple ring case, Pave had no problem. I was helped by Pepper and she was so incredibly sweet that I decided to entrust her with customizing a ring using the diamond from the family ring. As a first step, my fiancé and I had a working session at Pave, looking at a wide array of diamonds to get a sense of the perfect ring for her. We decided on a vision and were then sent an electronic 3D model, and then a physical mockup a few weeks later. I was impressed by the speed and communication throughout the process. At the end of the maybe 2-month long process (which felt quick given all of the steps), I came in to pick up the ring and was blown away by the final product. Pepper exceeded our expectations on timing, craftsmanship, and worked within our budget - a true professional.
