If your desired size is within +/- one size, we will take care of the resizing in our workshop, complimentary.
If your desired size is outside that range, we will either: recreate the ring, submit a special order, or resize it in our workshop. Please note: pricing may differ from that listed, particularly for sizing upward.
This takes time and thus does not abide by the standard shipping time of 2 days. We will be in contact with you with exact timelines.
The best method is having one of our sales associates measure the size in person. If you have a ring you know fits, you can bring it in and we will tell you the size. You can also measure it (in millimeters), contact us, and we'll tell you the size. Make sure to measure from the widest part of the finger. For some, that is the knuckle.
Most of our engagement rings are made in the average female finger size (6-6.5), and we are happy to size the ring perfectly after it’s been presented if you’re unsure about the correct finger size prior to purchase.

Overnight or 2-day shipping, depending on insurance value. An adult signature is required for delivery. All in-stock items will ship within 2 business days after purchase. If an item needs to be sized, it will ship within 7 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

You will meet with a designer to develop a drawing (or “rendering”) of your design. The designer may explore with you the purpose for your design, any personal symbolism or your most-loved design styles. Then, you will go over metal type, gemstones, and components (chains, earring wires or mechanism, decorative clasps…the possibilities are endless!).
Then, if a wax model is part of your personal design process, we’ll carve one either by hand or by state-of-the-art CAD (computer aided design) depending upon the design requirements. Once the model is complete, we’ll show it to you to ensure correct fit and for your approval.
Finally, the wax is cast in the selected metal and hand-finished, followed by the setting of any gemstones.
Yes. We can offer both formal legal appraisals for a fee, and in-house replacement value documents (complimentary upon request with purchase). Read more about appraisals here.
We buy precious metals (silver, platinum, and gold) for recycle value. We also buy diamonds for recycle value, and occasionally for resale. We occasionally buy gemstones for resale on a case-by-case basis. Once an offer has been made, we will supply either a check or store credit (a higher dollar amount is offered if you choose store credit). This service is only available in-store at this time.
