Our Safety Practices and Procedures

We are putting safety first for clients and staff.

We require everyone to wear masks while in the store. Employees are required to wash hands frequently, use hand sanitizer, and clean work surfaces.

We practice social distancing by:

  • limiting amount of staff working in a given area
  • limiting clients to sit down appointments only, with a maximum of two appointments at one time.

We ask clients to use hand sanitizer offered.

We clean jewelry and appointment stations after each appointment.

If an employee is not feeling well, we ask that they stay home. If a client is not feeling well, we ask that they call to reschedule.

If we learn that someone in the store has been diagnosed with the virus, we will immediately close the store and clean it.

We will evolve our safety practices as new information about best practices emerges.
